How We Do It
Cleverseed’s methodology breaks down the multifaceted task of producing web sites into four distinct phases. Each phase builds upon the work accomplished in the preceding phase. The phases in the methodology are well defined to ensure timely delivery and well-managed expectations. However, the methodology is designed to be organic and can be tailored to each client’s individual needs.

• The first phase, Exploration, consists of gathering user requirements, defining site features, and developing a general project plan.
  
  
• In the Design phase, technical and creative specifications are developed in order to flesh out the project plan and form a site blueprint.
  
  
• In the Construction phase, the site is constructed and tested for usability and reliability.
  
  
• During the Transfer phase, the site is placed in its hosting environment, while the client’s staff is trained in site usage and maintenance.

Site:  BenKielb.com

Problem:  The client needed to be able to update all content areas and add property listings without having any technical knowledge.

Solution:  We built a simple web-based content management tool that allows easy updating and adding of all site data (including images).  The solution utilizes the speed and flexibility of published XML. 

Clever News


Toronto's classical music radio station, Classical963fm.com, has been redesigned and relaunched.  Cleverseed and Razorbraille Creative collaborated to create a dynamic and new site that combines rich video, user-submitted content, and edgy design.




The new Cleverpress 1.0 content management system released this August and has already launched several major sites.  Bloodties.tv, irshadmanji.com, acrosstheriver.tv, and the Zoomer Report have all been launched in conjunction with Razorbraille Creative.  The new CMS, which replaces CleverCMS 3.0, adds tremendous flexibility and ease of use.  Stay tuned for new Cleverpress sites coming soon...
